Group Circuit Training
* Work out with friends, family members, co-workers, church members, etc. in a group setting.
* 2 to 20 people will work out in a circuit training program that will include strength training, cardio, abs, and stretching.
* We work with groups of all ages.
One On One Personal Training
* Develop muscle, strength, endurance, flexibility, tone firm, and lose inches.
* Through weight training, cardio, and nutrition programs.
* We work with children, adults, seniors, people with disabilities, and post rehabilitation.

Fitness Parties
* We will add to your birthday party, church functions, company parties, family reunions, and school functions.
* We will add to your daycare or after-school programs with a safe, organized fitness class.
* Enjoy hours of fun with organized games, obstacle course, and sporting events.

1996 In Shape Tracy, CA: Implemented a summer program for elementary aged children
2009, 2010: University Charter School Modesto, CA. Implemented an outdoor obstacle course for Kindergarten through 5th graders.
2008: The Concilio Stockton CA. Implemented a woman's exercise class for non-English speaking ladies.
2008: Teen activities sponsored by the Mayor of Stockton, CA. Implemented an indoor obstacle course for Jr. High School aged young adults.

Fernando,
I would like to thank you for being the wonderful trainer and person you are. Admittedly, I was skeptical at first working with a trainer, as I didn't have a good experience with a trainer I worked with several years ago.
The time you have taken with me and your patience has helped me to stick with it as I see the success I am now experiencing. I enjoy not only working out with you as I am seeing results I want to see, but I am also understanding the workouts I am doing and how they benefit me. You explain things with such clarity that a novice like myself can feel confident in what I am doing even when I work out on my own.
Walking into the weight room at first can feel daunting seeing all the equipment and not knowing what they actually do. The expertise you have in your field and explaining the equipment has now made the weight room an inviting and challenging place which I enjoy on several levels.
I also understand the assets and necessity of stretching before and during my workouts. The cardio programs I am participating in, including spin class and swimming, parallel, enhance and give me a complete overall program that works best for me being my best self.
Thank you for taking the time to discuss nutrition with me as this is now, along with fitness, a priority in my life. I appreciate the ease of making appointments and your flexibility when I had a couple of times I needed to change because of a conflict in my schedule.
Fernando, I would recommend you to absolutely anyone. You are a compassionate trainer who cares about his clients. You truly tailor the workout sessions to each and every individual. You have put in extra time and effort into assuring I receive maximum benefits. I can't thank you enough for what you have done for me. You helped change my life in more ways than you know. I give much credit to you for my new healthy and fit lifestyle!

Let me say that I am extremely grateful that David assigned you as my trainer. Your professional approach, expert knowledge and customer service skills give me the assurance that you care for me as an individual and you will do all that you can to help me reach my fitness goals.
From the beginning of our relationship, you took the time to find out what I wanted to accomplish and what limitations I have due to my health. I really appreciate how you are able to work around my limitations, but still provide for the exercise that I need for a complete workout.
I really appreciate that you have taken the time to look at my record and offered suggestions for my nutritional needs and/or habits. Your personal encouragement helped me make the decision to postpone my scheduled bariatric surgery.
Thanks to your training and encouragement I have lost 94.6 pounds from September 19, 2011(shortly after starting with your training) to May 24, 2012. I’ve lost 73 pounds just since January 5, 2012 when I started on my pre-operation diet. Losing 12.6 pounds in that first week when the “Before” pictures were taken helped me to realize that maybe the two of us could do this thing together.
When I started with you, I could barely walk any distance at all and required a cane for assistance. I wore a size 60 pants and a size 4XL shirt. My dress shirts were a 22 inch collar. As of the “After” pictures, I no longer need my cane and am able to walk much further without pain. I now wear a size 48 pants and a size XL or 2XL shirt (depending on manufacturer) and my dress shirts are down to 18.5 inch collars that I wore in high school.
The one thing that really stands out for me is that you just don’t talk to me when I have an appointment, but every time that we see each other in the gym. Without detracting from your scheduled appointee’s time, you have frequently commented to me when I needed correction when using a piece of equipment or stretching. I’m not just a number to you. I recommend you to everyone that I come in contact with at the gym.
I’m looking forward to a day this year when we can celebrate my reaching my weight loss and fitness goal and continue to plan for the future.
